Design Mark
The mark consists of a brown squirrel with black eyes and white fur on his face wearing a yellow safety vest with white stripes and a grey zipper with the literal element "SAM", blue-grey demin clothing, brown work boots, gloves and a white hard hat. The hat contains a mark consisting of of concentric circles, inside the outermost of which appear the words "EMERGENCY RESPONSE", "TRANSPORTATION" and "COMMUNITY AWARENESS" in white text against a blue backdrop, each word separated by white stars. The next inner concentric circle is formed on the bottom by a semi-circle of stylized railroad tracks and on the top by a stylized road, all in white against a black background. Intersecting that concentric circle appears the wording "TRANSCAER," with the letters "TRANS" in white, and the letters "CAER" in blue, all in stylized font with a blue star filling the negative space in the second "A" and the "E" formed by three horizontal lines, all against a black background. Three blue stars appear above "TRANSCAER", with additional blue geometric circle fragments below, all against a black background. Also on the hat, to the lower right of the circular TRANSCAER design mark, appears a black letter "R" enclosed in a black circle. The squirrel itself appears against a white background which is not part of the mark.
