Mental health services; behavioral health services; addiction treatment services; health counseling; rehabilitation patient care services; medical information; providing medical information, namely, information regarding health, wellness, addiction, alcoholism, substance use disorders, mental health, behavioral health, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, chemical dependence, opioid addiction, continuing care, and self-management for continued care; mental health, behavioral health, and addiction treatment services, namely inpatient care, outpatient care, and outpatient care in sober living homes, through in person, telephone, and virtual means, individual and group therapy and counseling, behavioral therapy, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, psychiatric consultation, medication management, recovery management, patient engagement programs, and continuing care following discharge; and providing health information for patients and children and families affected by addiction and substance use disorders

Prevention services for out-of-treatment substance users in the nature of social services, namely, providing out-of-treatment substance users programs designed to increase social support and teach survival skills while participants gradually change behaviors to reduce or eliminate substance use
