The mark consists of a black and white photo of a man, woman and child standing in a doorway. The man has black hair, a checked shirt, black pants and a white apron. His left arm is behind the woman on the woman's back. The woman has black hair, a black jacket, and gray skirt with her hands held together in front of her. The child has black hair and is standing in between the two adults, wearing a black top and gray pants. From the doorway behind the people you can see a white scale and a black shelf. Over the top of the doorway there are letters as in a store name in black, only partially shown,, "E", "A", "D", "I", "T", "O" and "M", "O", "D." There is a window to the left of the door which also has a view of inside with a white shelf in the background. On the left edge of the photo near the middle area is a blue solid circle with a design done in gray lines with two circles. The inner circle has a line drawing in gray of a cow. The outer circle has the word "Graded" at the top, and "Beef" at the bottom. The photo is outlined with a white edging that has a point at the bottom of the photo, and a curve at the top with the two upper corners of the photo curved in. At the top of the mark is the word "ANGUS" in dark blue large font. Underneath the letter "A" is the word "LAS" in dark blue smaller font with an underline in blue under the word. Next to the word "LAS" is the word "PIEDRAS" in larger font and dark blue. Underneath the photo are the words "FLORENTINO'S TOP CHOICE centered in the mark, in dark blue. At the bottom of the mark is the word "by" in brown script, followed by a rectangle. The small rectangle has the left side in brown with a cow design outlined in gray, while the right side of the rectangle has letters "FLP" in brown on a gray background. The whole mark is on a gray background.
