Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional "black boot" product configuration comprised of a black conical tower situated on a black platform leg that extends in rectangular fashion from one side of the tower, around the tower and then substantially beyond the other side of the tower in a direction generally perpendicular to the vertical direction of the tower. Three black buttresses connect the tower to the leg platform. The platform leg has black members crossing its width and length in generally perpendicular directions. The dotted lines, including within the band formed by the dotted lines, indicate portions not claimed; namely, the presence or absence of a circular band going through a portion of the leg platform is not claimed. The dotted lines are not claimed. The black crossing members on the bottom side of the leg platform, below the dotted line area, are claimed. The white and yellow areas, and the dotted lines, are not claimed as a feature of the trade dress/mark and instead represent background, contrast or indications of what is not claimed.
