BIBIGO ORIGINAL KIMCHI FLAVOR STIR-FRIED RAMYUN

The mark consists of the front package design for the goods; the rectangular shape of the package is not part of the mark, but merely shows the position of the mark on the package. The mark consists of a front packaging panel displaying a banner at the top with a wavy border, low on the left side and high on the right side. An oval design containing the stylized wording “BIBIGO” atop three stylized Korean characters appears on the left side of the banner. A depiction of chopsticks holding seasoned kimchi and a chili pepper slice appears on the right side of the banner to the right of two floating chili pepper slices. Beneath this banner appears the stylized wording “ORIGINAL” with star shapes in the letters “R” and “A” stacked atop the stylized wording “KIMCHI” in large letters and “FLAVOR” in small letters. This wording is stacked atop the stylized wording “STIR-FRIED RAMYUN” with “STIR-FRIED” appearing in slightly smaller lettering than “RAMYUN.” Beneath this wording appears a stylized bowl of noodles wearing sunglasses with pointed ends and two stripes on each lens. The bowl also displays an open mouth consisting of a heart atop an oval with a border. Inside the bowl is a depiction of noodles in sauce topped with kimchi and seaweed flakes. An oval shape extends from the right side of the bowl. Above the oval is a stylized chili pepper with semicircle eyes and a spiky stem. A bold, rectangular line appears at the bottom beneath this imagery.
