MY SIGNAL FLAGS

The mark consists of the phrase "MY SIGNAL FLAGS" all in capital letters of a standard font, wherein the words "MY" and "FLAGS" are colored blue and the word "SIGNAL" is colored red. Above the phrase are three, evenly spaced and evenly sized "signal" flags designed so as to appear as if the flags are blowing in the wind. The left signal flag is comprised of two equally sized, horizontal sections, wherein the top section is colored blue and the bottom section is colored red. The center flag is comprised of six, equally sized vertical stripes of alternating colors starting with the left most vertical stripe colored yellow and the next vertical stripe colored blue with the next stripe colored yellow, then blue, then yellow and ending in a blue vertical stripe. The right signal flag is comprised of a blue, rectangle with a white interior. Within the white interior is a relatively smaller red rectangle. Each flag has a white, vertical header on the left edge. With the exception of the white interior of the right signal flag, the color white in the mark merely represents transparent background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
