The mark consists of an irregular shaped carrier, largely circular in shape, incorporating a rectangle with two partially rounded sides and having multiple borders. In the interior of the carrier is a latticed pie design. Superimposed upon this is a rectangle with two partially rounded sides with multiple borders within which appears the wording "OLIVER WINERY" at the center top with "PEACH PIE" with a star between the words positioned below it, and the wording "CRISP APPLE WINE WITH SWEET PEACH FLAVORS" at the center bottom.
