Promoting the awareness of how hotels can support charitable initiatives around the globe through the allocation of business revenues generated through accommodations and events; Promoting the awareness of how hotels can help communities offer more dignified employment opportunities to people of limited means, youth, refugees, and people with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities; Promoting the awareness of how hotels can help communities reduce hunger, provide internships, provide apprenticeships, and provide youth development programs; Promoting the awareness of how hotels can help communities provide housing and employment to refugees seeking resettlement; Promoting the awareness of how hotels can help communities by providing a living wage, housing, and emergency financial relief to employees of such hotels; Promoting the awareness of how hotels can help communities by supporting nonprofit organizations by providing affordable access to hotels and by donating excess goods to such nonprofits; Promoting the awareness of how hotels can help their employees find greater meaning in their work through understanding of, and participation in, community-focused philanthropic activities.
