The mark consists of a circular design in black within which appears the wording AFFALTERBACH at the top, the lettering AMG to the right of vertical lines in various widths at the bottom, and a laurel wreath design on both sides. Within the black circle is a partial white circle with a flat bottom, split in two, containing various designs. The circular design is outlined in white with a thin black outer rim.
