The mark consists of two concentric circles the center of which features the bust of a mandepicted as a classical statue between two columns topped with beams, forming a portico-likestructure with a triangular roof. Beneath the head is a cross patter comprised of two crossedswords. The pillars and structure feature olive laurels on either side that extend to the top of thecircle. Between the top of the laurels is a chevron with a four sided polygon on either side. Between the columns and the laurels are five pointed stars above a stacked chevron shape whichis above a circle. Between the concentric circles is a repeating pattern of three dashes. The aforementioned appears in gold on a black background.
