ACHIEVA BANKING FOR GOOD

The mark consists of a stylized rectangle with the word "ACHIEVA" centered in the rectangle, and to the right of the rectangle are the words "BANKING FOR" above the word "GOOD".

Achieva Credit Union and FirstBank Holding Company entered a Concurrent Use Agreement March 7, 2018 governing their concurrent use of the mark BANKING FOR GOOD. The Concurrent Use Agreement includes the consent of FirstBank to the concurrent use registration of any altered versions of the Achieva Logo Mark or any new marks containing the words BANKING FOR GOOD, so long as such registration is subject to and consistent with the geographic and other restrictions and limitations set forth in the Concurrent Use Agreement, and so long as the new or altered marks are different and distinguishable from FirstBank's then-existing house brand and house brand logos.

TTAB Concurrent Use Proceeding No. 94002900, the Board approved the concurrent use by Achieva Credit Union and FirstBank Holding Company and registration of the Parties' respective marks with geographic limitations. Achieva's registrations were geographically limited to the area comprising the states of Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota and all states falling East of those states. Concurrent registration with FirstBank Holding Company; FirstBank Registration Nos. 5451137 and 5707797 and Achieva Registration Nos. 6077385 and 6077386.
