The mark consists of a stylized design of a girl wearing a hat and holding a bowl filled with vegetables, fruits and spices, which rise from the bowl to form a stylized map of Vietnam. Below the girl is the stylized wording "MISS VIETSPICE" forming the lower half of a circular border and above is a sun design with a row of stylized herons on either side forming the upper half of a circular border.
