The mark consists of The mark consists of a shield design containing a smaller shield at the center. Inside the smaller shield is the stylized depiction of a person wearing a traditional African mask with an afro hairstyle and facial hair. Behind the head of the figure are two crossed spears. Above the head, inside the larger shield, appears the stylized word “Zulus.” The letters “M” and “C” appear on the left and right sides of the inner shield, respectively, in a stylized Gothic font. One spear extends from the top left of the shield, and the other from the top right.
