The mark consists of The mark consists of a rectangular label with a brown circular shape in its center. Within the circular shape of the label and on a circular path are the words PADRÓN and HAND CRAFTED. There is also a laurel wreath design of two tobacco leaves in gold within the brown circle. The brown circular shape at center has a gold circular border, which, in turn, is bordered by a cream circular border with a circular series of small gold dots within the cream circular border, which, in turn, has an outer gold circular border. The initials J.O.P. and the phrase EST. 1964 appear in brown, to the left and right of the outer gold circular border, on a cream background, each with a brown pennant-shaped horizontal border which, in turn, has fourteen larger gold dots above and below it and a brown decorative motif design to the left and right of it. Above and below the larger gold dots is a horizontal brown line, above and below which is a cream horizontal border, each of which abuts the outer edge of the gold circular border and terminates at the band edge. Another gold horizontal border is to the left and right of gold circular border which also abuts to the outer gold circular border. Another interior horizontal brown line which flares at one end is within the horizontal portion of this gold border. A gold foil border is above and below the upper and lower gold border. Below the lower gold foil border is a undulating pattern of the words GUARANTEED and the name JOSE O PADRÓN in cream with a brown letterform drop shadow, varying brown and tan values of brown form a repeating pattern of dithered Padrón logos on a gray background. The name JOSE O PADRÓN does not identify a living individual.
