Design Mark
The mark consists of a stylized drawing of a horizontally striped lighthouse with a multi-windowed observation deck, a conical roof, and a row of six stylized flags mounted along the perimeter railing. At the center of the roof structure is a small enclosed tower. A large bush appears at the base of the lighthouse, partially obscuring the lower portion of the structure.
