(Based on Use) trade association services, namely, promoting the interests of businesses, companies, and organizations committed to creating high-quality products aligning with both consumer well-being and the well-being of the planet and people, independent governance, supply web integrity, fair and balanced compensation for workers, living wages, culture of belonging and inclusion, community engagement, climate positivity and environmental sustainability, zero waste, community, and capability building among businesses, companies, and organizations, and other pledge commitments aimed at elevating the standards for businesses, companies, and organizations adopting and refining stakeholder capitalism; supporting electoral candidates, ballot initiatives, legislation, and policy that champions environmental directives, pro-social justice, and stakeholder capitalism to creating high-quality products aligning with both consumer well-being and the well-being of the planet and people, independent governance, supply web integrity, fair and balanced compensation for workers, living wages, diversity, equity and inclusion, community engagement, climate positivity and environmental sustainability, zero waste, and community and capability building among businesses, companies, and organizations, and other pledge commitments aimed at elevating the standards for businesses, companies, and organizations adopting and refining stakeholder capitalism; arranging and delivering services for businesses, companies, and organizations to collaborate across disciplines, namely, providing a website and electronic platforms, for business to collaborate across disciplines developing, securing, and facilitating partnerships with third party consultants, developing and providing criteria to benchmark and track progress along key business practice metrics, developing and hosting an annual program to facilitate collaboration and mutual develop for participating businesses, companies, and organizations, including virtual and in-person events;; promoting the commercial, environmental, social and governance interests of businesses, companies, and organizations committed to creating high-quality products aligning with both consumer well-being and the well-being of the planet and people, independent governance, supply web integrity, fair and balanced compensation for workers, living wages, diversity, equity and inclusion, community engagement, climate positivity and environmental sustainability, zero waste, and community and capability building among businesses, companies, and organizations, and other pledge commitments aimed at elevating the standards for businesses, companies, and organizations adopting and refining stakeholder capitalism, by means of an industry association; (Based on Intent to Use) arranging and providing venture capital, development capital, private equity and investment funding

arranging and conducting of conferences, workshops, and seminars in the field of creating high-quality products aligning with both consumer well-being and the well-being of the planet and people, independent governance, supply web integrity, fair and balanced compensation for workers, living wages, diversity, equity and inclusion, community engagement, climate positivity and environmental sustainability, zero waste, and community and capability building among businesses, companies, and organizations, and other pledge commitments aimed at elevating the standards for businesses, companies, and organizations adopting and refining stakeholder capitalism.
