Educational services, namely, conducting seminars, workshops, courses, classes, town hall gatherings, distance-learning courses, and other gatherings and distribution of materials in connection therewith in the field of civil rights, civil liberties, and the virtues of democracy as contrasted against the evils of dictatorships; Community outreach services to raise awareness of and to enlighten persons concerning the rights, freedoms, protections, and opportunities guaranteed by the United States Constitution and the virtues of democracy as contrasted against the evils of dictatorships
