The mark consists of a personified clock design with Roman numerals from I through XIII distributed around the outer edge of the clockface, where the clock stands on two human-like legs wearing boots below it, with two arms and hands with four cartoon-like fingers each extending off its sides with one arm raised with one finger pointing upwards, two eyes and a mouth resembling a face in the middle of the clock, a pair of goggles attached to the top of the clock, and a cape extending off the back of the clock seen below the bottom of the clock design.
