The mark consists of the design of a closure for a bottle for drinking, having a generally circular base with a flat surface and a narrow skirt region extending downwardly from the surface; further including a raised latching device on a portion of the outer periphery wherein the lower approximately two-thirds of the latching device is integrally molded as part of the circular base and the upper one-third of the latching device is integral to a pivotable arm which is arched in shape and rotatably connected to the base at a point opposite of the latching device.
