The mark consists of a shaded rectangle, within which three coaxial, semicircular rings are placed one above the other; streaks enter the top ring at its right side and streaks enter the middle and bottom rings at their left sides reaching the center of the rings. Under the rings is the wording "BALTIC WOOD". Below the rectangle containing the design and wording is another shaded rectangle which is shorter in height.
