The mark consists of a design of a smiling tan faced cricket outlined in black within a red mouth and pink tongue and black eyes with the left eye having a white dot. The cricket has beige arms and legs and is wearing a green hat, with its green antenna's above it. The cricket has white gloves, a yellow, blue and red shirt and holding a small white bag in the hand on the right side that bears the Latinfood logo, which consists of a small abstract design identical in colors and elements to the mark itself. The left hand is in a thumbs up gesture. The cricket design is centered within a three ringed circle with the innermost circle being black, the middle ring brown and yellow and the outer ring being yellow outlined in brown. Below the cricket design a black ribbon design outlined in brown and yellow featuring the white stylized wording "LATINFOOD" with the bottom portion of the outermost yellow ring outlined in brown appearing under the black ribbon. On the left side of the ring and cricket design and above the black ribbon design is a red curved line featuring three white stars. Underneath the center of the black ribbon design is a blue curved line with three white stars, and to the right of the ring and cricket design and above the black ribbon is a curved green line that features three white stars. All the foregoing is on a white background.
