The mark consists of a concentric circle design with a double border, the wording "EST. 2022" appears in an arch along the top of the inside of the circle, in the lower half of the circle a stylized ribbon design is superimposed across the double border cutting through the edges of each side of the circle, the wording "PASTURED PLACE" appears in stylized capital letters across the center of the ribbon, above the ribbon inside the circle appears a large tree with grass at the base of the tree, on each side of the tree appears a horse standing on the grass, the horse on the left of the tree has its head lowered toward the ground and faces inward towards the tree, with the horse on the right of the tree having its head upright and faces inward towards the tree, below the ribbon inside the circle appears some fanciful scroll work with the words "WHERE HORSES GO" arched along the inside bottom of the circle design.
