CARTER'S

The mark consists of a perfect circle with ringed boarder consisting of 1 thin black ring, 1 thin white ring, 1 thicker black ring and 1 thicker white ring, designed from outside in. Mark includes black inner circle separated into two fields by white bar containing the capitalized letters "CARTER'S" in black stencil font. White bar and font are positioned in the center of the inner black circle at a 45 degree angle, reading from lower left to upper right of mark. 3 white five point stars are located in the top black field of center circle and 3 white five point stars are located in the bottom black field of center circle.

Co-Existence Agreement has been signed with Carter Brands LLC regarding the following marks: Reg. No. 5,868,973 and 5,829,526 for "CARTER'S CHIPS", Reg. No. 5,829,525 for "CARTER'S RANCHEROO", 5,692,879 for "CARTER'S CATSUP", and Reg. No. 5,687,126 for "CARTER'S CALIENTE".
