Two light gold stars also appear within the dark blue border on the the right and left. Inside the dark blue border appears a thin light gold border inside of which appears a dark blue image of the tower and cables of a bridge on top of a blue background. Directly above the bridge appears a dark blue spade. On top of and overlapping the bridge appears the letters RE in a stylized font in light gold followed by the letters STRUCTOR appearing vertically in a stylized font in light gold. Under the RE appears an obtuse triangle in a color gradient from light gold to gold. Directly under the triangle appears a sword in gray, followed by a square knot in gray, followed by a mallet in gray. The black background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
