The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, certifies that such individuals meet the certifier's standards for knowledge of the principles and practices of the mortgage profession and its related disciplines and laws, and have mastered core mortgage brokerage and loan origination skills as demonstrated by meeting the certifier's standards with respect to Federal Housing Administration (FHA) mortgage programs and processing knowledge, occupancy classifications and loan limits, evaluation of credit, liabilities, income, and assets under FHA guidelines, FHA underwriting concepts, and have met the standards of the certifier with respect to completion of the certifier's education and training program and passage of the certifier's examination.
