An "X" intersects with a "P" in the middle of the shield forming a Chi-Rho symbol. To the left of the "X" is the letter "A" and to the right of the "X" is the Greek letter omega. Intersecting lightning bolts are positioned behind the shield. Above the shield is a faceless bust wearing a crown. Below the shield are parchment designs placed to the left and right of the shield. Beneath the shield is a small horizontal bar positioned above a larger horizontal bar, resting on top of a compass and miter square. Directly under is a ribbon banner with Greek lettering within it. Centered under the ribbon banner are the letters "PHA".
