Design Mark
The mark consists of a stylized shield appearing with a beveled edge design. Sitting atop the shield is a profile of a panther facing left and crouching in grass. Inside the shield is a circle outline sitting on top of a scroll which is positioned at the bottom of the shield. Encompassed inside the circle is another small circle having a rope design border with a five-pointed star centered therein. In the background of the five-pointed star inside the smaller circle are a series of diagonal and straight lines. Just within the larger circle inside the shield and encircling the smaller circle with the rope border is the stylized wording "POLICE" and "FORT WORTH" with a dot to the lower left and right of the word "POLICE".
