Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a thong sandal featuring three straps consisting of two flat side straps and one tubular center toe strap. The three straps intersect with an oversized and stylized center round medallion, which is centered over the instep and contains a cutout of the Applicant's Double T Logo, creating the overall impression of a symmetrical design both through the logo and the negative space created by the cutout. All three straps weave through the center medallion and fold over to create pronounced folded tabs that highlight the intersection points of the straps with the oversized medallion. Each folded tab features a prominent hardware piece and/or conspicuous stitch as an embellishment. The width of the folded tab on each of the two side straps is the same as the width of the strap, which is uniform throughout.
