The literal elements 'DAY WON' are written in large capitals across the northern exterior of inner circle. The literal elements 'GILES COUNTY VA' are written in smaller capital letters across the southern exterior end of the inner circle. A muscular right arm is within the inner circle and flexes in a bicep curl with the fist clenching a link chain that is broken just below the fist; the chain is attached to a solid metal ball on the far right end of the link chain and extends beyond the outer larger circle.
