The mark consists of two concentric circles, where the word TRANSPORTATION (in all capital letters) is in between the concentric circles at the top of the graphic, and the word DIVISION (in all capital letters) is in between the concentric circles at the bottom of the graphic. There are three lines running from the first letter of each word on the left side, and three lines running from the last letter of each word on the right side.
