Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of the words "CREATE N COLOR!" displayed with the three words being as in a stacked position but with the exclamation point of "!" as being the largest and most prominently positioned of all the letterings in the drawing and helps create the left bordering, and which exclamation point is shown displayed as being in the form of a large thick paint brush and having its period being drawn in the shape of the paintbrush bristles displayed as laying down its paint on the mark, and then with the upper portion of the exclamation point being drawn as being the very thick handle of that paintbrush, and which exclamation point then creates a rightward bordering for the drawing and with the portrayal of an upward-rightward movement as in painting brush strokes. All of the individual characters in the words "CREATE N COLOR!" are shown as being in 3-D and with each letter and character having its own layered depths and widths and heights. Additionally the phrase "CREATE N" is shown in the lightest coloring and with each lettering being in block lettering and having four layers, and wherein the top of four layerings of its lettering is in a very light coloring, and then with each lettering creating a volume and depth by having stacks of shadow outlining displayed in varying darker shadow shades in the three layers beneath each letter and with the shadowing consisting of four layers for each lettering. Next, beneath the "CREATE N" is the word "COLOR!" set in a fanciful cursive writing script and slanting as in an upward-right movement of its wording. The letterings are joined together by decorative bottom stemming of the letters into one word and punctuated with an exclamation point. Each of the characters have some lighter highlightings within the character and along the bottom border of each character; and each character has a dark outlining and each has a deep dark colored layer surrounding each letter but slanted upward and rightward which reveals mostly the rightward and bottom side depths of each lettering. The word mark is set against a background which is displayed as being a swath of paint that has been put down from a paintbrush and is darker at its left and bottom-most starting point and then thins out at its ending point where it reveals the brush strokes having less paint.
