Design Mark
The mark consists of a configuration of a container for engine oil liquids. The container having an essentially rectangular footprint, a flat bottom, two vertical sides, a vertical front face, a vertical rear face, and a neck; wherein the bottom corners and lower portions curve outwardly away from the flat bottom and each having a rounded shoulder extending into the vertical sides, front face, and rear face; wherein the vertical sides, front face, and rear face extend to a top portion that tapers into the neck; the neck being offset to one side of the container; on a first vertical side of the container is a first recessed section that extends from a portion of the vertical front face, wraps around a portion of the first vertical side, and extends partially into a portion of the vertical rear face, the first recessed section further including five horizontal ribs with recessed areas therebetween; wherein the upper portion of the first recessed section extends further into the vertical front and rear faces than the lower portion of the first recessed section; on a second vertical side, the container includes five depressions that extend from a portion of the vertical front face, wrap around a portion of the second vertical side, extend partially into the vertical rear face, and are opposite to the first recessed section; a second and third recessed areas are provided in a lower corner of the container that extend from a portion of the vertical front face and the vertical rear face, respectively, to the flat bottom; and the neck further includes a fourth recessed area that extends from the second vertical side and into a portion of the vertical front and rear faces of the container.
