Design Mark
The mark consists of a rectangular plate with the words "Florida" and "Florida Stands With Israel" in white letters and the word "SAMPL" in black letters which will be later be filled in with a license plate number. There is a "blue wave" flowing at the top, a "pale blue" sky in the middle and a "tan and blue wave" flowing on the bottom. In the middle of the plate there is a white orange blossom with a cluster of yellow stamens in the middle of it, superimposed over two green leaves superimposed over an orange fruit, superimposed over a "Star of David" in the color blue.
