The mark consists of the black wording "ROCK" outlined in white with a white horizontal line through the top of the wording, the white wording "TV" outlined in black, and the black wording "NETWORK" outlined in white with a white horizontal line through the top of the wording. A design of a guitar with a black neck having yellow position markers on it, a headstock in shades of yellow, black strings, black bridges, and a yellow body with red flame designs is between the wording "ROCK" and "NETWORK", with the white wording "TV" overlaying the neck of the guitar design. The guitar design overlays a red circle. Above the wording "ROCK" is a series of seven circles in a horizontal row, the circles from left to right being red, green, shades of purple, yellow, pink, orange, and blue. The entire design of the guitar, red circle, the horizontal circles, and the wording "ROCK TV NETWORK" overlays a black rectangle with beveled edges.
