The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle as product packaging with a dispenser cap that features a rounded rectangular label on the front of the bottle that features a grey curved line design that is positioned on top of a yellow curved line design that extends upwards. A design featuring a multitude of black seeds, stylized red and brown depictions of mushroom designs, a stylized depiction of a yellow and orange ginseng root design that features green leaves, green stems, and a single red flower design at the top of the stylized depiction of a ginseng root design, are positioned below the curved yellow line. A second curved yellow line design is positioned below the stylized depiction of a yellow and orange ginseng root design and extends upwards with a grey curved line design positioned below. The color white represents background, outlining, shading, and transparent areas and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.  The broken lines depicting the outline of the bottle, outline of the dispenser cap, and outline of the rounded rectangular label indicate the shape and/or placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed features of the mark.
