The mark consists of a stylized drawing of a dog's face and portion of the neck of the dog shown from the front. The dog has sunglasses on and is sticking its tongue out. The ears are asymmetrical and there is a curved line over each eye. Above the head are the letters "NAUTIDAWGS" in a curved arch centered over the dog's head. The letters "NAUTI" are in a lower case bold font and the letters "DAWGS" are in a non-bold font in capital letters. Below the dog's face is another curved line of text, mirroring the direction of the text at the top. The text "GET ON UP" is centered under the chin.
