The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration a chiropractic instrument including a multi-component tubular housing having varied diameters and two handles, the chiropractic instrument further including several decorative rings having knurling of intersecting diagonal lines. The surface of the palm handle facing away from the instrument, the surface of the "T" handle facing away from the palm handle, the heads of the bolts, the small diameter cylinders of the body, the inducer shaft, and the tip of the inducer shaft are shown in broken or dotted lines, are not part of the mark, and serve to show position or placement, with all other elements in the drawing constituting the mark and being claimed as part of the mark.
