Training services in the field of youth mental health; Organization of seminars, workshops, and training in the fields of suicide prevention, positive behavior modification, motivational interviewing, and understanding the dynamics of poverty; Providing professional development and training programs and services for educators; Educational consulting for school districts, namely, development of curricula and student engagement plans; Educational services, namely, advising and consulting with network school districts to develop training, curriculum, educational programming, and student engagement plans

Provision of referrals in the field of mental health, nutrition, housing assistance, financial assistance, legal assistance, assistance with basic physical needs, namely, clothing, food, housing; Healthcare services, namely, facilitating healthcare referrals, facilitating enrollment in and navigation of health care services

Providing case management services, namely, coordinating medical and mental health services
