The mark consists of The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of the container of the goods, namely, a bottle the body of which is slightly conical with some ribbing in the form of raised, elongated triangular pyramid shapes that start at the bottom of the bottle and taper off about a quarter of the way up the bottle, with raised diamond shapes between the tapered ends of those elongated triangular pyramid shapes, and between half to three quarters from the bottom of the bottle are the terms "Destino" in large, raised font which is immediately above the term "TEQUILA" in smaller raised font with a five-pointed design above the term "Destino" which design resembles an agave plant, the neck of the bottle being relatively straight and the shoulders of the bottle flaring out with raised diamond shapes, connecting the neck to the body, and the cap of the bottle encircled with raised diamond shapes..
