The mark consists of two concentric circles with the stylized wording "ELDER HIGH SCHOOL" between the inner and outer top portion of the circles at the bottom of the circles is a banner with swirls and diamond design on the ends of the banner and in the center of the banner is the stylized wording is "ALTIORA". In the center of the circles below the wording is an image of a tilted cross on top of a bible and lamp. Below the cross is a shaded area with nine crosses and an image of a sun. In the middle section on the left is a circle with a hat and several swirls and a cross design, shield design with two partially shaded triangles and beneath the shield is a banner containing the words "VINCIT FIDES MUNDUM". On the left side is a heart with a crown of thorns and a cross on top and the another cross with a bird perched on the left side of the cross on top of a circle. In the bottom section on the left is a shaded triangle with twelve crosses overlapping the diamond and on the right bottom section is an identical circle design as the middle left section, a hat and several swirls and a cross design, shield design with two partially shaded triangles and beneath the shield is a banner containing the words "VINCIT FIDES MUNDUM".
