Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising product packaging as applied to ammunition containers, namely a top carry handle detail, a rear hinge detail, two side over-hanging lid details and a front face which encompasses the visual elements of the ubiquitous ammunition container with a hinged-locking mechanism with a swinging handle. The shape and configuration of the container is depicted in broken lines and is intended to show position of the claimed product packaging and is not part of the mark.
