The mark consists of A smiling chef caricature figure with black and brown head and beard hair, blue and white eyes outlined in black with black and white pupils, white teeth, and pink lips. The chef also has beige skin with white and darker beige accents wearing a black chef's hat with dark brown accents, black rimmed glasses with dark brown accents, and a chef's coat in black with white and dark brown accents. The button on the coat is white. The chef is holding a spatula in white and grey gradient with a light brown handle in his right hand, with his left hand giving a thumb's up gesture. There is an outer yellow line and an inner black line outlining the chef's body wearing hat, but the outer yellow line does not outline the horizontal portion where the chef's lower body meets the hibachi grill. In front of the chef's lower body is a hibachi grill outlined in dark grey and colored with a white and grey gradient featuring dark grey knobs. Superimposed onto the lower portion of the grill is the stylized wording "HIBACHI" with each letter outlined in black and having a yellow to orange to red gradient within. Partially superimposed onto the lower portion of "HIBACHI" is the stylized wording "2U" outlined in black and having a white color within. Behind the wording, grill, and chef designs is a large circle appearing in a yellow to orange to red to black gradient. There are yellow flames at the top of the circle, above the chef's shoulders and behind the chef's neck, that meet and form into the yellow line that outlines the chef's hat and body. All other white in the mark represents background and/or transparent area and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
