OK!TOBERFEST OKC

The mark consists of yellow concentric circles divided by a yellow rectangle banner with a white interior. The wording "OK!TOBERFEST" is partially enclosed within the rectangle banner. "OK!TOBERFEST" appears in black stylized letters outlined in yellow except for the letters "OK!" which appear in blue outlined in yellow. A brown pretzel with white specs, a gray and tan stein with black detailing, and two brown bratwurst sausages containing black lines and tan circles all overlap the top of the concentric circles. The stein contains a drawing of a village with black, red, and white buildings, gray and white mountains, black sky, brown ground, and stylized tan and black ornamental scroll markings. Inside the inner circle appears a repeating pattern of blue and white diamonds. The space between the inner and outer circles is white with yellow bubbles and yellow liquid appearing at the bottom along with the letters "OKC" in stylized black text. A green hat outlined in black with a brown and black feather partially overlaps the blue letter "O". A stylized yellow branch with yellow leaves with a yellow and white beer hop at the end appears on each side of the circles. The color white appearing in the rest of the mark represents background and is not a feature of the mark.

The colors black, white, blue, green, yellow, red, brown, gray, and tan are claimed as a feature of the mark.
