ANIMAL PARTY ENTERTAINMENT

The mark consists of the words "ANIMAL PARTY ENTERTAINMENT" in stylized capital lettering such that not only do the words "ANIMAL PARTY" appear in an upper line above the word "ENTERTAINMENT" but also the word "ANIMAL" is printed in orange letters, the word "PARTY" is printed in yellows letters and the word "PARTY" is printed in pink letters; and furthermore with (1) a black-and-white poodle canine sitting behind the initial letter "A" in the word "ANIMAL" drawn with its head and upper chest projecting out the enclosed space framed by the capital letter "A" and with generally white fur, a black nose, black pupils with white irises, and black line art to give outline to and demarcation of general anatomical structure; (2) a parrot standing in front of the initial letter "P" in the word "PARTY" substantially obscuring the stem of the capital letter "P" with the left wing stuck through the enclosed space and curling down, around and reappearing in front of portions of the arc of the capital letter "P," with green feathers except for portions shaded gray-green, light-gray beak and claws, dark-gray for the otherwise flesh portions of the feet, a black pupil with a white dot indicating reflection, a white iris, a red shoulder patch and tongue, and black line art as well as other gray shading art to give outline to and demarcation of general anatomical structure; (3) a tan-and-brown puppy behind the initial "E" in the word "ENTERTAINMENT" with head, upper torso and front legs projecting between the lowest and central bars of the capital letter "E" with chest and front legs draped on and over the lowest bar, with a tan fur coat, a brown head-crest, inner ears, forechest, tail and front paws, a black nose, irises with white dots indication reflection, white irises, and black line art as well as other brown shading art to give outline to and demarcation of general anatomical structure; (4) a white border surrounding all of the above including - except for the enclosed space of the letter "P" - filling all the other enclosed spaces of all the letters; (5) a blue border surrounding everything and also generally separating the upper line of "ANIMAL PARTY" from the lower line of "ENTERTAINMENT" except where the letters "AN" are positioned above the letter "E;" and (6) more blue filling an enclosed space between the letter "L" and the parrot, the enclosed space for the letter "P," and an enclosed space in the upper halves between the letters "E" and "N".

The colors orange, yellow, pink, white, blue, tan, black, gray, red, green, and brown are claimed as a feature of the mark.
