Additional Information
Design Mark
The mark consists of Two capitalized letters, "F" and "B", positioned near the top and centered within the image. These letters are in print, or, non-cursive style. These letters are overlapping, with the "F" superimposed over the "B". The top arm of the "F" is placed so that it is perfectly aligned with the starting point of the upper bowl of the "B". The middle arm of the "F" is placed unevenly over "B"; this arm covers where the upper and lower bowl of the "B" meet. The middle arm of the "F" is placed so that it slightly covers the enclosed area of the upper bowl of the "B". The upper half of the vertical stroke of the "B" is not visible above the middle arm of "F". The vertical stroke of the "B" can only be seen underneath the middle arm of "F". A thin white line runs between the overlapping portions of the letters, ensuring they are distinguishable from each other. The upper halves of the letters "F" and "B" exhibit a gradient color effect. The letter "F" transitions from orange at the top to a more transparent orange towards the center. Similarly, the letter "B" transitions from gray at the top to a more transparent gray towards the center. This gradient effect stops abruptly slightly above the midpoint of each letter, where the colors return to their initial, non-transparent orange and gray and continue uniformly to the bottom of the letters. The gradient effect stops in a curved shape. Below the letters "F" and "B", the text "formalbuilder.com" is displayed in lowercase print, or, non-cursive script. The word "formal" is colored in the same orange as the top of the letter "F", and "builder.com" is in the same gray as the top of the letter "B". Directly beneath "formalbuilder.com" is the phrase "YOUR EVENT . DELIVERED" in all capital letters, in non-cursive style, with each letter and punctuation mark spaced out evenly. This phrase is rendered in black and in a different font style from " formalbuilder.com". The entire mark is set against a plain white background. This white background is visible in the blank spaces inside the letters, such as the interior of the "o", and in the area between the overlapping portions of the letters "F" and "B", ensuring they remain visually distinct.
Color Claim
The color(s) orange, light orange, gray, light gray, black, and white is/are claimed as a feature of the mark.
