Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration comprising a flattened depiction of the front and sides of the packaging of the product. The front of the packaging on top is a stylized banner with an angled bottom that degrades from blue in the top to dark blue in the bottom. The bottom side is further outlined in gray. Inside the banner design is a red triangle with a white and red "V" shape at the bottom; on the triangle is a knight armed with a spear and mounted on a horse, fighting a dragon, in white; above the triangle is the wording "SAN JORGE" in red. The wording "SAN JORGE", the red triangle and the white and red "V" shape all appear within a white polygon. Below is the design of a wheat branch in yellow and gold. Behind the banner and the wheat branch is a stylized light gray square with an upper outline in gray and bottom inner outline in blue and outer outline in gray. Inside the light gray rectangle, in each side, is a red stylized rectangle with the wording "SAN JORGE" in white stylized uppercase letters. Between "SAN" and "JORGE" is a knight armed with a spear and mounted on a horse, fighting a dragon in white. All the aforementioned elements are against a red background. The broken lines depicting the edges and folds of the configuration are not part of the mark and serve only to indicate placement of the mark on the goods. The shape of the box is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
