The mark consists of a double circle, one inside the other and shown within are a variety of lines and bars, including a series of lines that outline the top of the inside circle starting long and then decreasing toward the top center of the circle and then increasing in length on the opposite side downward. The center of the circle has 5 bars that extend upward, the two outermost bars are shortest, then the two inside bars are medium height and then the center bar is the longest, then directly underneath the bars are a series of horizontal lines filling the bottom fourth of the inside circle.
