Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a cushion with a design consisting of lines formed/embedded in the top surface of the cushion, the lines forming two substantially rectangular shapes each having one convex side, the lines subdividing the top surface of the cushion into three areas; the substantially rectangular shapes forming a tufting-like appearance when applied to the cushion. The valve, valve cap, and certain seams are not part of the mark and serve only to show placement of the mark on the goods. The broken lines indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not claimed as a part of the mark.
