Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a container for goods, namely, a curved bottle shape with a squared-off base. On the front-bottom of the container are two embossed laurel branches extending from the center of the container towards the left and right sides. The neck of the bottle is encircled by a label and the rim of the bottle is embossed with "COURVOISIER." The container includes a diamond-like cap with a circular top showing a smaller circle in the center. The broken lines depicting the rectangular base of the bottle and the round bottle spout under the cap indicate the shape and/or placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
