Design Mark
The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a container for goods, namely, a curved bottle within and supported by an exterior frame of the shape, both of which are joined at the neck of the container. The neck of the container consists of eight vertical parallelograms that have a slightly wider width at the base that further support the connection between the frame and the bottle. The container includes a diamond-like cap with a circular top. The broken lines depicting the rectangular base of the bottle and the round bottle spout under the cap indicate the shape and/or placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
